Our idea

A table with a Phoenician pulse

The Phoenicians were the Mediterranean's great traders, carrying goods, ideas and flavours between ports. Mandaloun cooks in that spirit: Lebanese at the centre, generous at the table, curious at the edges.

Everything arrives to be passed around.

The Grand Mezze

£35 per person, minimum two

A full Lebanese table in four parts. Cold mezze first: houmous, moutabbal, tabbouleh and vine leaves. Then falafel, lamb kebbeh, rakakat cheese and moussaka from the kitchen. A mixed grill or mixed shawarma follows with rice and chips, and baklawa with mouhallabieh closes the meal.

Ninety seats inside and forty on the terrace, arranged family-style or as a plated dinner. We shape the menu around your occasion, cater for events elsewhere, and run the bar for the evening.

Ten Lebanese bottles lead our list, Château Musar among them, with a short international selection beside them. Lebanese coffee comes in its own pot, and shisha is served by the table in the lounge.
